I am excited to provide coaching to Founders, Business Owners and CEO's of 7 & 8 figure companies.

We provide three levels of coaching depending on client need and budget.

Level One

  • A copy of my business development book and workbook
  • Overview of my documented business development process with coaching for each segment
  • Two 55 minute calls per month via telephone or Skype.
  • Response to email questions within two business days

Deliverables

Documented business development plan with specific goals and timelines. (Follow-on coaching is available for execution and accountability)

 At least one specific strategic program to improve sales and / or profitability and deliver a 10 times investment of coaching fees in year 1

 

 

Level Two

 

  • Copy of my Business Development book and workbook 
  • Overview of my documented BD process with coaching for each segment 
  • 3, 60 minute calls per month to review workbook actions and answer questions. 
  • Written summary of goals and objectives after each session 
  • 3 email summaries per month

 

 

Deliverables

 Documented business development plan with specific goals and timelines. (Follow-on coaching is available for execution and accountability)

 At least one specific strategic program to improve sales and / or profitability and deliver a 10 times investment of coaching fees in year 1

 At least 3 emails per month recapping coaching sessions and reviewing goals and accountability

Development of a transition plan for top management.

 Use of shared project management software to track actions, assign responsibility and drive accountability.

 

 

Enterprise Plan

 

  • Copy of my Business Development book and workbook
  • Overview of my documented BD process with coaching for each segment
  •  4, 60 minute calls per month to review workbook actions and answer questions.
  •  Access to my private cell number to ask questions between sessions
  •  Ability to work on specific issues both with the BD plan and any other issues / opportunities
  •  Response to email questions within 24 hours
  • Written summary of goals and objectives after each session
  • Option for 2-day on-site session to work with the client and management team. (travel expenses billed at cost)
  •  Use of shared project management software to track actions, assign responsibility and drive accountability.

 

Deliverables

 At least one specific strategic program to improve sales and / or profitability and deliver a 10 times investment of coaching fees in year 1

 At least 4 emails per month recapping coaching sessions and reviewing goals and accountability

 Development of a transition/ depth plan for top management

 Development of a content marketing strategy with introduction to inbound marketing

 

 Optional four half day virtual sessions, one per quarter with management team additional $3,500 per each quarter
